This natural tendency coupled with external societal pressure (ahem, I’m lookin’ at you Instagram and Pinterest) leads to a belief that in order to “have it all” we have to give equal time and attention to ALL of the things we want. But with a mere 24 hours in a day we realize that’s just not possible.
So where does that leave us?

It leaves us feeling overwhelmed, ill-equipped, and out of balance.
The problem is, when we are focused on maintaining balance in our lives we tend to avoid going for the really big goals we have. We worry about how we’ll be able to keep all of the balls in the air if we really lean in. Through humor and inspiring personal stories, Steph takes the audience on a journey through recognizing actual balance is an unattainable goal but you can feel a sense of balance when you clearly identify your purpose and align your actions with your priorities.
